Walk where you can dream
Joy
The food you consume can bring joy. Watching sunrise and sunset can bring joy. Exercise and mediation can bring joy. Gratitude and awareness can bring joy. Joy is relative and transient.
Wander
At times we wander in the outside world. At times we wander in the inside world. Both lead to discovery, learning and growth.
Dream
Girish Karnad, a well known Kannada writer has this to say on dreams -
“I can walk where there is no light. But how can I walk where there is no dreams?”
Emotion
Every emotion is your friend. Anger is your friend and so is peace. Acknowledge each emotion when it appears. Then let it go. You have the control on who you listen to and how much attention you give to each friend when they visit you.
